Pretty, Happy, Funny, Real...Seasons

A fluffed up robin singing outside my window is a sure sign that the spring season in on its way!

My sweet niece and goddaughter turned 13!
She is the last of the grandchildren to do so and so the last collage that Granny will be making. She has made one for each of the 13 grandchildren to remember the early years of their life as they enter the teen years.
It was so cute Maddie said " I have been waiting a long time for this!"

John's bowling season came to a close with the Family Bowling party.
This is his second year and has been a wonderful experience. The coach has a gift for working with teens and is able to make it fun and still maintain an atmosphere of respect. He also encourages the teens to do their best and more importantly to be good sports. Each year the team tries to come up with an unusual settting for the team poster. This year in the email the coach said think Revolutionary War without the guns. This is the first year they have been able to give letters and so John earned his first varsity letter! He also was awarded the Rising Star award!
